I just installed some some new tires and was getting ready to reassemble everything. I noticed on the inside of the frame on the upper shock bolt there is a flat spot where it appears a washer belongs. I know that doesn't make sense because the bolt threads into the frame and the manual shows nothing there but it sure looks like something was once there. Any ideas?
