Strategies to alleviate buffeting?
I think it's helpful to think about two kind of buffeting. There's a vortex coming up from below that can catch the chin of a full face helmet. Fangs fix that.
Then there's the vortex coming off the top of the windscreen. Your options
1. Get lower or closer to windscreen. Change seat or even helmet. In my case, I ditched my gel pad, getting a half inch lower made a big difference.
2. Kick the wind up over your head. So, taller screen or one with a lip
3. Get your helmet in clean air by lowering the windscreen, have it break at neck level. Here I think it helps to have laminar flow, so you at least want a vent and ideally you want it raked way back. You can do that with a Windvest. Calsci deserves a look. Also the dealership will let you demo a windsplitter, which looks like a great design. Note you just want to crack the vent, send the wind up the inside surface
