Not really much more you can do to get any "noticible" hp.

We can only get small gains by bolting different things on - much more worthwhile to change things inside the engine!

The most common next step is to put cams in it. While I don't consider cams a job that requires 'tearing apart the motor', you can do it only opening the cam chest...

You can increase your engine's output by using a more powerful fuel.

Now, I bet you're going to ask me, "What do you mean, Norty?"

Well, it stands to reason that the more fuel you burn, the more energy(heat) you create.

Or, you can burn a more powerful fuel.

A fuel like "Nu-Tech" will give you approx 10% more power than just street pump gasoline, but it costs much more.

If you don't want to get "into" the engine, then I'd just leave well enough alone. If you still want more, then you're going to have to get into the engine, one way or another.
Even with NOS, you'll want to upgrade internals for longevity.

Deep six the Power Duals and install a 2 into 1 exhaust along the lines of a D&D Fatcat. You should pick up another 6-10 HP and about the same on the torque side. That's about it for more power without doing any surgery on the motor.

On a more humorous side, you can remove the fairing, fenders, saddle bags and brackets and gain a lot. As stated just being funny.

Use the search function. Just type "cam upgrade" and start to do some reading. It all depends on what style riding you enjoy the most.
