Default Fouling plugs

New to the forum, trying to find some answers. I have a '94 Electra Glide and the other day had to have it towed home because it was only running on one cylinder. I recently had a rebuilt S&S super G carb put on (jetted down) with the plan of ordering new pipes this week. I've put a couple hundred miles on it since the carb was put on and everything was fine, running good and when I checked the plugs everything looked good, mixture looked good. Tonight I finally got a chance to check for spark and that looked good so I checked the plugs and found that the front one was fouled, black as coal. Replaced the plug, fired it up and it sounded good. Took it down the road about 1/8 mile and still running good until I made the u-turn to come back when it started to sound bad again. Got home, pulled the plug, black as coal again. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

The plug was dry both times. The engine only has about 10k miles on it. It is a '99 crate Harley crate engine that was put in about 5 years ago.
