Pretty sure it's stock. Was a Police bike converted to RK CLASSIC. first thing I did remove all the chrome. I am not a fan of chrome..... but yea, pretty sure it's all stock
Ok - so the first thing you need to do is check for intake leaks - that's most common and easily remedied.
Also - look at the screws for the TP sensor - see if someone picked the epoxy out of them or if they have pliers marks on them - that will tell you if someone monkeyed with it.
And also check the air bleeds in the throttle body that the epoxy is still over them.
