just got back from a trip down the Blue Ridge Parkway.... buddy's 2014 Road King lost battery down in Nashville.... 3 hour wait for tow to Music City Harley. The were great and got us right in. Battery 4 year old, and done. Buddy questioned before we left, but local dealer said it was fine. I replaced mine at 4 years as well. So for the price, I will replace every 4 years. Either HD or Deka/Wonch batteries for me.
