Motorcycle surges during city driving

Hey yall so after getting my rocker covers replaced on my 16 street bob I've noticed that during city driving my bike wants to surge like its losing power. No engine codes are thrown, but when I check my tuner it says I'm running to rich in the front and in the back. Also it sounds like I have a air leak somewhere but I cant find anything. Help would be amazing

I had the same problem, turns out my O2 sensors were switched. Front sensor was in the back cylinder pipe and rear s encore was in the front pipe.

What methods did you use to check for intake and exhaust leaks?

So I haven't used anything yet to check for air leaks it just sounds like it has a air leak and I dont think my o2 sensors are backwards cause it was running great after I got back from deployment. It just started happening after i got it back from getting the rocker box covers replaced
