KOSO speedo on Harley

Direct bolt on "Speedometer kit" WTF? . . . . I think not. Has anyone done this? here is where im at so farLiterally not one thing that comes on the Koso DL-02S (55mm) speedometer kit works with a Harley. I decided to order for the dash on my 1985 FXR as i was having a horrific time getting a speedo drive in the tiny (1/2 in spacer area) in the narrow front end. So 1st problem i had to order a bracket to clamp to the inside of dash. (prob 2, didnt fit had to cut it and grind to make it work) file and paint the dash hole about 1/4 in larger in diameter. whew it fits and looks nice 3 hrs work. now where to mount the magnets and sensor for speedometer. prob 3, magnets for sensor fit in none of my allen bolts and i dont want it to look all jerry rigged. so new bolts with larger dia allen holes. problem 4 clearance for sensor. the front end it is just to ugly to put on my nice bike and the sensor bracket looks horrible. sooooo to the rear of the scooter it goes.ill have to make a bracket to mount the koso speedsesor bracket since there is no clearance around the rear FXR shock itll be mounted at the bottom of the swingarm. and replace all the sprocket bolts so the magnets for the speedo sensor fit in them. then i need to lengthen the wiring to go from the swingarm to the dash. So not one of the many many koso parts has worked with a harley so far. so if anyone has done this and it doesnt look idiotic plz help.b I saw a guy do a sportster and it was pretty ghetto he had 2 sensor brackets bolted together on the forks. (but he upgraded from a bicycle speedo so cant expect much from that guy. hgahha well thanks in advance if anyone has done this.
