i cant get my 1/4"allen wrench in the bolt head to loosen the right side allen cap screws holding the manifold in place.
i was able to break the rear one loose but cant get another bite on it.

Yup, you need a ball end allen wrench. BE ADVISED, you CANNOT torque them down like a normal allen wrench. Even the top dollar Snap On ball end allens will break the ball off.
