I have never used it, or to be honest. It might be great or terrible no idea. This part is alarming though.
  • ADVANCED FORMULA 3 IN 1. Our fortify quick coat is your all in one ceramic coating hydrophobic spray. Shine Armor Fortify Quick Coat car wax provides a waterless wash, coat and shine, all in one convenient product
Is it a wax like they say or a ceramic spray? Or a waterless wash with some of the SIo2 or whatever the abbreviation is. Looks like they are trying to be everything to me.

For free give it a try

+1 on polishing. Wax just seals what's there.
I just bought a beautiful black Heritage Softail Classic that's going to need some serious polishing to remove swirl marks before I even think about wax.
I've got and used mostly meguiars stuff. Polishes with different levels of abrasives etc., Show car glaze works pretty good for a final shine after their swirl remover.
I've also got all the black box stuff for black paint from when I had a black car. Haven't really decided the best way to go about restoring the showroom shine on this one yet. Open to suggestions to make it easy tho.
It looks good but close-up there's a lot of swirl marks in the clear coat. Mostly on the tank. Wax doesn't fix that and pledge sure as hell won't either. It comes from wiping it down with dirt particles still on it mostly. I love black but it's a beotch too.

Do you have a polisher? 105 and 205 might work. Must Must do. a test spot though. Glaze is to hide imperfections if that's what you want, and it doesn't last. So, whatever you put on top of the glaze will only last as long as the glaze itself.

With the stuff I have, test spot with 3D polish first and go from there.

I do have a polisher. And like I said, meguiars swirl remover and another scratch remover that escapes me atm. I thought about wet sanding with 3000 grit too. Harley uses a pretty thick clear coat. But that's probably too drastic.
I've also got some Wizards finish cut no swirl compound. On a cutting scale of 1-12 is about a 4 or 5. I'm thinking this might be best out of what I have.

I would stay away from the sandpaper. What Meguiars stuff do you have? How about pads?
Really the test spot will tell you what you need to do. No sense in using something that is to aggressive when its not needed

Yeah, looking just now it's not that bad. Really need to get up close under bright lights to see them so not that deep.
Meguiars stuff I have the scratchX 2.0 and mirror glaze 7 & 9 for polishes. And that Wizards. Foam and microfibre pads.

Scratch x, I would find something else. If you want to stick with local stuff try climate compound and ultimate polish. They might need your needs.
If you want something different, then I can suggest some much better stuff.

The glazes are OK if that's what you want
