I keep everything in 3 ring binders. In the past 10 years I've had to cuz I own a number of bikes and I was getting to the point where I couldn't remember when the last service was on any of them. The binder get drawings and sketches parts of crap I made and instructions from accessories.. One of these days I'll go back and read the instructions..

Carbed motor tuning goes in a separate binder. EFI changes are logged under file name.

Different strokes...the only thing I make a note of is my last oil change and my last tire change.
