Where I live, the farmers like to burn their fields. Talk about putting stench into the air.

Man if you want a bike, get it now.

I wouldn't worry over it personally.

yea, and isn't it funny that the government doesn't require emissions tests on the big rigs that just POUR that **** into the air .................

actually diesels give of less polution than gasoline engines. it just looks that way because there is more particles in the exhaust that are visable to the eye.

Just click the "Quote" button in the upper right and make sure you start typing your response after the [ /quote] tag.

Cheers!

To quote...click on the quote button of the post you want to quote.

The stuff you are quoting will appear in between quote tags...and well, it will be quoted...

diesels do run "cleaner" compared to gas engines, as far as percentages of pollutants put out, but none the less, with the number of diesels on the road, and the amount of pollutants they put out, they are just as hazardous to the general populations health as autos; the cost to convert diesels to use lower sulfur content fuel / etc. is outrageous, so that ain't happening anytime soon, as well as some of the other contaminants they put out - if a search is done for diesel engine air pollution, there's a shitload of info on this - but, for the most part, WTF, not gonna change anytime soon anyway.

I'm just curious to see how they're going to regulate everything when all the changes do go into effect.
