Help ! We're supposed to head out in about 8 hours and one of the locks is hosed. I went to open the bag a bit ago and the slot for the barrel key is positioned half way between the two slots on the outside of the cylender. I managed to get the lock out but I'll be damned if I can figure out how to turn the shaft to line up the slot in the barrel with one of the slots to the outside. There's got to be a way so hopefully someone else has figured this out.

Did I mention I'm desperate?

This just happened to someone else here unless it was you.I dont know if the guy got it fixed but try searching for it.

Thanks Mate. Nope, not me. I figured a temp fix so at least I can get it closed. I took the lock out and took the little "wing" off of it that locks the bag. At least it will close now ... just can't lock it but that's okay. Still can't figure out how the heck it got in that position. I'll let Hardly figure it out....... it's under warranty.
