Check Engine Light
I installed a Hyper Charger and a RUN/TURN/BRAKE module on my 08 softail. Now, after i turn on my bike and the fuel has been primed, my check engine light comes on for about 3 seconds then shuts off. I have checked the dtc codes and there are none. It does appear that it gives me "pn" numbers such as "pn 67003-08".
Can someone please tell me what is up? I figured maybe it was the run turn brake that is messing with something.
Here is the biggie, I have a buddy who's bike does it as well. 05 roadking, however, his fuel gauge is acting wierd because when they took the tank to paint it, it didn't go on right and got the fuel level thing stuck inside and now the gas gauge reads full at all times.
Is this the bikes way of saying some part is messed up? Its driving me crazy! Any advise?

I realize the engine light comes on while the fuel pump is kicking in and that you should wait until it goes out to fire it up. Sometime it comes back on for a few seconds up to a few minutes. I called the service dept. and they told me to check my coil wires. They said as long as it goes out ..."NORMAL"
