Default Pin Stripe Removal

There is a small design on the fender of my bike. I want to remove it and need to know the best way...

It was applied by a professional guy that hand paints these small designs. It was put on top of the clear coat and I never put a clear coat finish over it. part of the logo is already faded and slightly different in color.

I was thinking alcohol or a clay bar may remove it...

You may not want to try this but it will work the best.Rap a piece of 2000grit wet paper around a stiff spong dip it in some soapy water and sand it lightly til its gone, then rub it with compound and polish it like new.

If your looking to remove hand painted stripes or lettering from on top of the clear coat, use Easy-Off oven cleaner it takes it right off and then you can buff the clearcoat.
