Is zipper's Thunder Max auto-tune module easy to install ( bolt up/plug in) and will it remap it's self or will I need to take it and get it remaped?

Pretty much straight forward. You can go to the tmax website and down load the tuning pdf. It will cover all the questions you asked and you can get a feel for how it all works.

Very easy. I did it in just over an hour. They now have the 'How to' videos on You tube as well.

The longest part of the install was removing the exhaust and reinstalling after the 02 bungs were welded in. The ECM was just a remove and replace.

Install takes about an hour, very easy. Load the closest map to your add-ons and go ride. Best add-on i put on my bike.
