Default Melted Microfiber

I dropped a microfiber cloth on my exhaust sheild and some if it melted on the chrome. I cant seem to get it to come off. Tried gas, turpentine, and acetone to no avail. Anyone have an idea what solvent will remove melted polyester??

Thanks

I've had good luck getting the surface hot either by a heat gun or from normal running then using a very thick cotton towel soaked well in water rubbed on the spot. Works pretty well with out harming the surface.

Might need some 0000 steel wool to go with the Easy Off. Might want to give WD 40 and steel wool a shot too. Darn stuff works to remove some pretty cruddy stuff.
