Bike Won't Start
My 2007 Road King Classic has been sitting since October. I went to start it and it wouldn't even crank. On the speedo display the red Key icon was constant. Also, the flashers were going off, like when you get on the bike without the fob, and it won't crank. the engine light comes on and when it goes off I try to start it and nothing. Could it be the the fob needs a battery? I've got the HD Global Charger on the bike now. Any suggestions?

There is a way to disable the security system using the left and right turn signal buttons. I've had to use it before, once when I had a dead battery in the FOB and I was over a thousand miles from home, and again when I lost a FOB while on vacation. This could be a good time to remind everyone - they should be familiar with the procedure for disabling the security system in the event your FOB if FUBAR.
