What is the problem you are having? may not be the switch but a corroded lite housing. My fatboy rear lite stopped working and I was going to replace the switch and checked the bulb, the contacts were corroded inside the housing. Cleand it up and found the problem was the contacts inside were corroded also. cleaned them up and used a littlewhite lithium grease. problem solved.

Replaced mine yesterday looked for one at my local auto parts stores but after going through the books they had it came down to ordering and paying shipping (the one I found was from a old VW BUG) I just went to Harley and paid the extra $2.00 and got it. On my 2006 Ultra I used a 11/16 socket and a 5/8 open end to hold the fitting while doing the R & R ( took the old one out put the new one in with Teflon tape didn't loos a drop of fluid )
