Stuck torx bolt removal

On this particular bolt I don't think I can get a dremel in there to cut a slot. It's the bolt that holds the rear brake arm assembly on the forward controls. It's a long recessed bolt.
What surprised me was how tight it was after only being on there about a min or two. I know it's not cross threaded, I started it by hand and only finished it with torque wench.

You can use a soldering gun. Just keep the tip of the gun against the center of the screw till good and hot. The heat will loosen the loctite. It may discolor the finish, but you can always replace the fastener. Much easier to replace than to try and get out a damaged one.
