That is what customer service is SUPPOSED to be about. It's not like we don't spend major bucks when buying a new Harley. Things like that SHOULD be part of the deal by default.

It's good to know there are dealers out there that truly appreciate their customers!

It was nice to know that they take it seriously. I got her back last night all cleaned up and everything. She's running even smoother and somehow they adjusted everything and she's a little more powerful and the stock pipes are even louder. Maybe Ironhead or Skip can explain.
