How do I lubricate my clutch cable?
My '94 Dyna wide glide clutch lever is real tight to the point I feel like I get tennis elbow from it. I want to lube the cable and pivot point and have picked up some cable lube spray. My question is do I have to remove the cable from the ball and ramp assembly in the trans to keep the spray from traveling down the cable and into my trans or is the end sealed?

I usually take the cable off of the bike and hang it on a nail and let the graphite lube work its way down the full length of the cable.
If your cable is really binding that much, you may need a new one...

Make sure it is a cable that is supposed to be lubed, some have Teflon liners that are not supposed to be lubed.
If the tightness in the clutch mechanism is something that has just occurred, I would replace the cable.
