I believe, typically, the "Ohio Tail" is referring to route 555 in SE Ohio. Ridden it a few times. Great ride. Always scratches the itch when cabin fever sets in.

536 is Ohio's Dragontail. Its far more difficult a ride compared to 555, very reminiscent of Tn/NC's Dragontail.
Either are good rides, but 555 is much longer, 536 far more dangerous. Like the Dragontail down south you cannot look around while riding or you will get hurt.
