Well I have the front end EZ Steer almost back together. If my front end ever blows another fork seal. It goes to the shop. I will never do it again! What a freakin job! The worst part was not having to drill the lowers leg's 8mm socket head bolts out, it was trying to hold down and screw the extensions into the fork tubes. I had to stand on a stool and use all my weight to press and turn those fine threaded bast@rds in. Their in place and Im out 45 bucks spent at the chiropractors. I have to comment on the EZ steer set-up. Its a precision fit. They knew what they were doing when they made their design. When I was setting the seals into the tops of the sliders. I took an old flange nut that came from an extra drain from my motorhome's sink. I grounded the outside diameter down and the inside diameter was a perfect fit to follow the tube diameter, easily tapped in the seals. Im gonna try 40wt oil for the front shocks. I feel that this weight will make sure the front end will keep better contact with the pavement. I dont need the front end, doing a hop / skip and a bowel movement on me in a turn!
Since this build is on a 1993 EGC model. While rerouting the wires. I had to replace a lot of female connectors in there. It's so much easier to do it now than later. When I picked this bike up. It was setting in a barn for a year or so. I noticed that when I took the fairing apart. That a mouse had made a nest of things. I'm thinking he bailed when I rode it home. I also noticed that he gnawed on the wires in there as well. Well anyways,... thats were I'm at so far with my trike build.
I finally decided on the Champion Conversion. I am lucky to have a local shop that ordered it and will install it. Marge and Randall are really good people. The guys in the shop do very good work. I hope Champion is on the ball and sends out the conversion kit.
Within a few weeks, I'll be back to riding.
Adventure Motorsports is the company doing my conversion.

My Champion conversion has begun. I stopped by the shop and saw the new kit. I can't believe how good the axle housing looks. It was a beautiful shiny silver color.
I was a little sad to see my bike all tore apart. It should be back together soon though.
I will only add this, most of the trike kits a good....installer, installer, installer.....that's where the major difference comes in....
good installer=good trike
bad installer=bad trike
do your research on the installer....good luck on the trike, I'm sure you gonna like it.
