Crap! This happens to be the one weekend that I have a prior commitment and will not be able to make it. I can make it on the 26th if that is an option.
So far Jackstrr is the only solid commit, I've gotten regrets from mes and mffjm95, with tentative maybes from frogg and JaronB. Bottom line is I'm not set on the date, so I'd be willing to switch to Sunday. Whichever day has the most available riders. By all means, if Sunday would work better then let me know.
I'll step in here, not knowing exactly what I can do. I'm riding up the coast from Eugene on Monday 06-20 to B.I. Wa. I plan to return to Eugene on Thursday 06-23. If I can help it along let me know.
Thanks sagalong, but I'd like to make this a group event if possible to allow as many HDF contributors in the area a chance to sign the Mascot. If you're on I5 you'll be passing within 2 miles of my home in Olympia, and within 2 miles of my work in DuPont. PM me if you'd like to coordinate a time on your way through the area (up or back) to see/sign the Mascot.

Sunday is better for me I can make it by noonish. Do you still want to meet in Hoodsport? We could also meet at the dealership in Lacey maybe that will make it easier for others. I do find it very disappointing that with as many members as there are in the Seattle/Tacoma area that we are not able to get a better turn out. I just want to see it keep moving and get to as many members as possible.

If it doesn't workout for this trip for you would you be willing to meet in a couple weeks to keep it going south? If it comes to me I will work on a M&G here in the Vancouver/Portland area the following weekend and then see about getting it moving your way. I don't have a problem riding down to Eugene at all but we can also meet anywhere in between if you wish.

The HDF Mascot needs your help! It's stranded in Olympia and needs a ride. Anyone up for a run to Hoodsport on Saturday June 25th? We can meet at the Model T (jct 101 & 119) at around noon. The person that travels the farthest wins ownership of the next leg of the Mascot's travels.
Is this for sure now? I'll talk to the wife but need to know for sure before I do. I'm heading down from Bellingham, WA.
I don't have a preference on which day, so I'll leave it up to the majority. Thus far I've got jackstrr with commit on Sat., Heals with interest on Sat or Sun., and maybes for Sat from JaronB, The Guardian, and frogg.

I chose Hoodsport for two reasons, 1) there was interest expressed last month in a run to Hoodsport and 2) I'd really like to see the Mascot make it's way North and East while we have Summer weather. We have Trippster up in Blain that would be a logical stop in the way up into Canada, and frogg or Heals as good stepping stones in that direction.
I understand that you are the only one that has stated an interest in transporting the Mascot, but if it goes south now our members in Canada and the Northern US likely won't get another opportunity this year. How about this, if we don't have clear commit to move the flag North by next weekend I'll plan a ride the following weekend to meet you along the I5 corridor and you can send it on South.

If we can get it going that way I am all for it don't get me wrong I just don't want for us to be responsible for it not moving. Lets see where it goes I would prefer to see it move North and East as well but I am also a way to keep it going as well.
