Ok I'm game for coming down on Saturday, Heals and Pot Bellied Stick Figure also show interest in heading down, but I would like to make it a Saturday thing since its going to be a long haul round trip. Maybe we could meet jackstrr at whidbey, take the ferry to port townsend and meet up with frogg and roll south from there. Just an idea. Input anyone.
Ok so I'm in!! Mark I've been trying to look at where to meet up with you guys, but there's nothing much till Quilcene unless I just meet up with you on the 101 where it crosses the 104 on the side of the road. I'll be riding up the 104 across the hood canal.
Jaron, seems to me that it wouldn't be that much out of your way for you and John to meet the guys coming down from Widbey at the ferry dock in Port Townsend once you know their schedule. That would also be a good way to sync up with John.
For anyone interested in running up the 101 from Olympia, we could meet at the Harley Boutique in Hawks Prairie (or the Hawks Prairie Inn at Marvin Rd. and I5). Kickstands up at 10:30 should give us plenty of time to head up the 101 to the Model T.
My apologies to the few who expressed an interest in doing this on Sunday, but from the responses I've been getting it seems that Saturday works better for most of us.
Yeah I figured Quilcene at the US Bank for me.
Jaron be easier to meet them at 104 and Center Road (Center-SR104 Loop)(Olympic music fest) as they could coming down 20 to 19 toward Chimacum(Airport cutoff rd that gets renamed into Rhody Dr) right at Center Rd (4way crossroad by the Chevron Market) which goes under Hwy 104 and on to Quilcene.
But not sure if they will know to come that way or not, it misses alot of slow truck traffic on the two lane 20 to 101.
Any way see you all in Quilecene or where ever you want to meet up at.
I will probably jump on a coupeville/portownsend ferry about 8AM. will check into it more tuesday and look at froggs map ... hell I dont know where or what I'm doing. never planned anything before.... I just get a wild hair and go! 360-632-7437

...The HDF Mascot needs your help! It's stranded in Olympia and needs a ride. Anyone up for a run to Hoodsport on Saturday June 25th? We can meet at the Model T (jct 101 & 119) at around noon. The person that travels the farthest wins ownership of the next leg of the Mascot's travels...
Anxious to learn where the Mascot will go after the meeting next Saturday: Up North or down South!
Have fun and ride safe, guys!!
