I'm screwed! It looks like my stator is bad. I called the local dealer and they don't have one and I checked the other two dealers in the area and they don't either. I ordered one but it won't be here in time for me to get my bike fixed and make the ride. I am still going to Seattle I just have to take my truck instead Not what I wanted as that is going to cost me more money than I want.

If there is anyone else that can pick up lets do that other wise it is going to be later this month or May for me. May is my next scheduled run to Tacoma.

Default Being a first time flyer, SPRINGER needed somebody to show him the way...

...so he decided to take the Mascot with him on his trip to Europe last March.

Knowing it's way around over here, it was an easy job for the Mascot to lead Gary to Wuppertall in Germany, where he stayed with his friend german ladyrider.

From there the Mascot lead the two of them to Raalte in the Netherlands to visit the American Motorcycle Museum. It was there were I met them March 25-2011 11.00 am.

After a good chat over two cups of coffee we visited the Museum where we traveled through MoCo's history, admiring the many models from the owner's private collection.

One of Gary's goals for this European trip was to enjoy typical European food, so we decided to have lunch and ordered Frenchs fries and sateh (grilled porc with spicy peanut butter sauce):

After lunch it was time to do a proper Mascot hand-over:

It was really great to meet you Regine & Gary!

I hope we'll meet again.....

Hey a bunch of us girls are getting together (queens of the road) and going to GA(May 19th). Maybe we can get the mascot so all 10 of us can sign it? Maybe it can be mailed to GaGirl(Karen).

As I have understood the Mascot rules the only way that it can travel is by Harley hand to hand. The only exception that has been made to this was sending it over to Europe and back. Otherwise it can not be mailed. We are doing our best to get it moving up here but weather and mechanical problems are getting in the way. We will prevail though it will get moving.

As soon as Springer is ready I'm willing! We'll get it moving soon enough but right now the east side of Washington and Oregon are spotty at best with the weather. Just say the Word Springer, I can meet you where ever.
