Does HD make a front turn signal relocation kit for a Road King? Or is that an aftermrket item? I hate hate hate the signals hanging uder the bars and Ive only heard one person say they liked them. WAKE UP HD! Theyre fugly! LOL!
I'm not sure if you can do it to a Road King, but the other classes, you can install passing lamps then buy a $35 kit to relocate the turn signals, fastening them to the bottom of the passing lamps. I did this to my old Sportster then recently to my Softail and they look pretty cool. Just a thought.
I went to a truck stop and bought some little (about 1/2 - 3/4 inch diameter) bullet lights. Drilled two holes to mount 'em below the headlight on my FLST. Here's a pic, maybe they'll show.

Yeah, I can see them. They're the little "dots" below and to the sides of the headlight.
They can be seen in daylight, but I'll be the first to admit, not all that well. I've always used hand signals as well as electric signals, so I don't worry about it that much. There is enough room that larger ones could be installed.
It's just another idea to kick around. Adopt it, adapt it, modify it, or even discard it for a better idea. If it gets y'all thinking, maybe someone will come up with something that works great, and then they can share it with the rest of us. That's what is great about muttersickles, and especially Harley's!
