CFR Exhaust sputtering
Recently installed a Fi2000 Powerpro with Kuraykyn air cleaner on a 06 Ultra CVO. Bike ran great with no issues. Next installed a set of V&H true dual exhaust with CFR mufflers - now I have a low throttle misfire and on occasion a high speed cough every now and then. I spoke with Cobra and they indicated that there may be an issue with the CFR mufflers causing the misfire - anyone else running a similar setup? Do I need to look at a different tuner? Thanks for feedback!

I had the Cobra Power Ports, which are real close to the Dresser duals, they were matched up with CFRs and using the FP3 I did not experience the problems you are refrencing.
Could it be the mufflers, possibly.
I am not familiar with the Cobra, I think you just plug it in and it is suppose to make it's own adjustments on the fly sorta of say.
Check your connections, does it hook up to the o2 sensors? If so, check they are not damaged.
