Tried installing a new map the sert reads the vin and all the info but when I hit program it goes to 20% and say quitting, ECM will not allow access. the ignition was on along with the run button.
anyone have a fix for this problem?

I have read that thread. The only conclusion I can figure is that Vista is the culprit!!! I have read other people have had success with vista but this must be the case. Anyone had success with vista here?
