i have an 08 Ultra Classic and no matter what map i run and try to autotune it refuses to fully learn ( green cell) and will only partially learn to 25% tps. When i autotune it keeps saying my engine is too cold 3.0f which I know is incorrect because when i check temperature its well above 200f and usually around 230f degrees so definitely not too cold. Last summer i was part of a group on here that had the autotune issues and we thought it got resolved by changing O2 voltage to.8 volts but that has now became a no go after one of the recent updates from V&H.https://www.hdforums.com/forum/vance...?highlight=FP3 I called V&H about this issue and they said im The first to to have this issue . The graph is what an hour of riding looks like on
autotune and I know this is not how it should be and so far Vance and HInes has not really resolved this issue so if anyone else is having problems please chime in so that can refer V&H to this thread. Last time i spoke to tech support he had me check 02voltage on front and rear and but checked out good. He told me he would talk to a couple other techs and call me back and its now 3 days later and still not heard anything back so im here trying find som resolution to this issue

does yours partially learn ( orange cells) passed 25% tps and is it saying engine too cold 3.0f ? Im still having same issues but havent called V&H back as i had to attend funeral out of state. In tried autotune again today and still same problem so after this holiday weekend i will have to deal with this with V&H

I had this problem, as well. Do me a favor, and run the bike and see what your front and rear o2 voltages read on your sensor data (just idle the bike and select the front and rear o2 sensors). I bet one of them (rear probably) is reading 0.0 volts, meaning a dead o2 sensor. I replaced my rear o2 sensor because it was dead and I started getting green cells. Now I have to figure out how to get out of open loop all the time (AFR is always 12.8 or lower).

when i talked to one of the techs at V&H that was one of the first things he had me check was my O2 voltage readings. They both were good. When i ride i open the app and watch my O2 readings and they are always operating as they should. Not sure what else to do other than keep calling V&H and hope they can figure this out for us guys running into this exact problem
tried another tune today on the way to work, went with the advanced set0up, changed the afr to 14.4, voltage to 0.08 , and lo and behold, after an hour of riding, mostly high way speeds, i got 1 green cell.

Did you mean.08 volts? Why ask is we were before told to change to .8vots on O2 voltage and back last summer it worked great but i have had no luck with that change getting green cells.
