Default 2010 ultra stage one o2 voltage over 1 volt?

i come from an automotive background and O2 sensor only made less than one volt. Mine shows 1.24 front o2 . I have an idle miss from rear cylinder, rear o2 shows . 9 v ( rich in old automotive thinking) . My map is showing 9.4 “ of vacuum . What are good known numbers? I swapped injectors front to rear and pulse width stayed with cylinder and didn’t change and follow the injector . Front 3.3 and rear 2.4ms hot idle. I am thinking vacuum leak . But rear cyl is adding less fuel any thoughts ??

The sensor will show 5V cold and as it heats up the 5v will decay. If you are watching it at idle, and it doesn't seem to be switching as is warms up and gets under 1V, wick the throttle. Once the ECM see's it pass 0.45V it knows it's switching.

Default O2

once warmed up it should switch ok. I don’t think I get closed loop at idle I have a/f at 13.6 I think I will lean it to 14.3 or 4 and see it it switches. What about the warm idle 9.4 map number I can’t find out if it means vacuum is actually 9.4 “ hg or does Harley have a different meaning / correction when it displays that as 9.4 “ ? Any help is greatly appreciated

If you have it set at 13.6 its in open loop and not going to switch like you are expecting

Default Made some progress

rear cylinder intake seal was leaking some when I took it apart I had to work the front one to get it off and the rear fell off . Changed my map to closed loop for smart tune test drives / ve table adjustments. As I couldn’t get injector or map seals I put new map and injectors . I didn’t want to change more than one thing at a time but did .
Results were it runs better than ever drivability wise idle pipe squeak and misfire still present but less noticeable. I will keep making runs and fine tuning some more . Compression is 180 front and rear .

Default Almost perfect

I have tuned rear cylinder VE table at applicable kpa/ rpm areas and presto it has never ran like this since purchase in March this year. It pulls hard and clean to 5000 ish in all gears . With this accomplished I will install the SE 255 cams and bearing upgrade . Then retune for cams
