Default FP3 problems

After remaping with Fuelpackk FP3, my sportster does not ignite.

The yellow engine indicator is flashing, and the error code is 0100.

Any idea how to solve?

Try mapping again, maybe it did not complete. Make sure you got a stable connection, and your battery is well charged.

Been known to happen on occasion , flash it back to the stock map , flash new map . Make sure your firmware is up to date by checking in the customer support section of the program , it usually does it automatically when you start the program , but .

Gearhead is correct , keeping your battery tender plugged in while doing changes will help keep the battery from draining .

The battery is plugged.

Tried to go back to original map, but after doing it...I have the same problem!!!! Engine light flashing and bike doesn't start.

I called V&H. They sent me yesterday the original map, and again it doesn't start.

The guy told me he has to check with engineers, and send me a new map. Let see waht happens!!!

New map, and it doesn't start.

Guy told me, seeing the video that I sent, that the battery is dead, but the light of the battery on the panel is off.

Whih is the minimum voltage needed?

FP3 says that battery is 9.9 v

9.9v is too low , with switch on it should read a min of 12v ... put the battery on a charger , not just a tender , run it at 2amps over night . Probably be a good idea to have the battery load tested as well , in case it has a bad cell . In the mean time , I would check all the connections , both ends of the POS and NEG cables and make sure they are clean and tight .

A fully charged battery at rest (an hour after removing from a charger) should read 12.6 volts. 11.8 volts is basically dead.

run it at 2amps over night
For a 12Ah battery that will be too long unless the charger is an intelligent type to cut the charge when it detects the battery is fully recharged.

Replaced the battery and problem solved!!!! At last!!!!

I was getting nervous.
