Has anyone replaced one of these to resolve decel pop issues?

Decel pop does not mean he is running lean.

Its not your map sensor!
I agree.

Your decel-pop issues may be a result of leakage around your muffler/exhaust pipe juncture. Use anti-sieze compound to seal the joint and tighten the clamp firmly. Some mufflers fit loosely and leak.

I have done that twice and found no leaks there. I have however found this
