Has this bike had a fuel pressure test performed? What happens if you fill the tank - does the issue get better? Throwing sensors at it before performing basic diagnostics is wasting time and money. Your exhaust will not cause the issues you are describing - if it were too lean it would be sneezing at speed long before it would be turning off.

Taking it to a friends shop this weekend. While trying to retrieve the code this evening it mysteriously vanished along with the symptom it developed last night. I replaced everything In the tank but the fuel pump but we will do a pressure test on it this weekend. I pulled the plugs today and the lean condition according to them is gone. The stalling issue doesn’t seem to care weather the tank is fuel half or low. And it’s very intermittent at times I can go on a long ride with no issues at all and it never codes until last night when it acted like it was down a cylinder but I’ll let you all know what we find if we find it. Annoying as it is. .

So, turns out on issue was the PC5 plug was vibrating loose, a zip tie might nave prevented that. Friend accessed code with the jumper wire method all were ECM related most likely due to loose plug. Replaced TPS also upgraded plug wires to SE reds and installed SE plugs too. Fuel pressure was ok according to him and compression was good too. Will see how she does on this coming weekends trip. LOVE MY Heritage!
