Just a tuner like Power Vision will take care of your issue, the decel enrichment and decel advance are not right and with the PV you can tune that out on the fly.

Hey York, I had terrible decel popping. If you have a PV1 go to Quick To and go to the fuel and bring that no. To 10 then go to spark and bring that to no. 5 . Took care of 95% of my decel popping.

I had decel pop and found I had a very small leak at the header and muffler connection. I took care of that and still had some decel pop, but a bit less. I tried increasing fuel and timing all the way up to 20% fuel and 5% timing in small steps with no help. Finally I put file back to zero and timing @ 5% and it went away completely. Every motor can be different in needs.
