I watched a YouTube video where the person making the video has a kit specifically for Harley Davidson's that has specific adapters to connect to the OEM Harley fuel line. It looked pretty straightforward.
My local Napa has a kit you can borrow for free but it is for automotive applications. I had a look, I see it's got a ton of adapters, but I don't know if anything is compatible with Harley.
Has anyone used one of these kits from an auto parts store to test fuel pressure on their bike or do you need a Harley specific one?
I had Autozone's loaner tool. It didn't, but a Harley 62900-01D Harley tank to Throttle body hose cut off addressed the fix.
Under $50 for a seldom used tool is cool. However I had that hose and a 2012 Throttle body with a damaged thread for the air filter in my too good to throw away category box.
If one goes that route, check your model. I am not sure if all FI tank connections are the same.

Yes, I have the one I posted . Works as it should pretty simple, hook it up inline between tank fitting and the fuel line. Good feature is, you can run the bike down the road and see the actual pressure under load. Of course someplace without things to run into !

I bought a kit on Amazon that may be similar to what the part store has. I've only used it on Twin Cams. The adapter gets plugged onto the throttle body and the oem hose can be turned to connect to the tee on the adapter.

Good call on running it down the road as pressure can drop with rpm. Here's a before and after.
I purchase fuel tool and just used it the last few days and it works perfect. It helped me to resolve an issue with an injector leaking down..
@Lonewolf176
How did you graph the fuel pressure?
Also I'm curious if anybody makes a regulator that's adjustable because I know in the fuel oil heating world we've brought oil pressures up to 105-106 psi for better atomization of the fuel which increase the efficiency a lot.. So I'm wondering if that would work with a Harley..
