does any paperwork or a disk come with the sert ? the reason im asking i picked up my new ultra with stage 1 hi flow, slip on mufflers and sert the only thing the dealer gave me was the chip for the sert i thaught there would be at least a disk or paperwork. anybody know ?

There should be the module (SERT) which allows you to communicate with the bikes ecm via a computer. There should also be a CD which contains the software for altering and downloading programs, software to allow real life data recording (sort of dyno tuning on the fly), collection of (canned) maps, manual.
Ask for the CD you paid for it, or if they have lost it they can order you a replacement for free.

When did that happen. You used to get the cables, module and the CD which makes sense because without the whole kit the other parts are useless. They then went to the cables being extra. Now no CD?????.
HD are taking the f#(ÂŁ!ng ****. I hope the non HD SERT comes out like its meant to soon, because then apart from any future new bikes HD wont see a red cent of my money on extras. In fact they can stick the extras where the sun dont shine. If HD carry on like this they are heading for a fall because its the loyal customer base that keeps em going, but perhaps they figure we dont matter any more. Well in the current financial climate they just might be wrong.[sm=rant.gif]

Yes Bill the cables are $35.00 more and there is no disk....the software belongs to TTS not Harley so when Harley dropped TTS Jan 1st 2008, TTS stopped suppling the MoCo with the disk....this is why you don't see it anymore. The rights to the program belong to TTS not Harley but Harley had a stock pile of the Keys (dongle) Once these SERTs are gone the ProTuner will be Harleys only tuner and the rights belong to them.

I just received a sert that I purchased from LakeShore Harley on eBay. It's pn32107-01H and included the CD pn32117-01L. As a bonus LakeShore also included a burned copy of the "N" version CD. Price was $378. There are still a few more available from them.
Cables weren't included. They were $30 from a local dealer.
