Popping on decel is not an indication of either rich or lean condition during normal running. It means that there is a rich condition during the period of time that you roll off of the throttle, and the point where the throttle position is again equal to the needs of the engine, meaning that fuel is still being delivered when it is not needed. I don't know if there there is a separate adjustment in the Power Commander tuner for "Deceration Enleanment" , like in the SERT but there's where you want to start.

so by me adding 20 were the numbers were 0 i just added more gas than the engine needs during decel. so its now running rich during decel..is that right.. looks like the added fuel would wash the engine cyclinders while rolling off the throttle...is that what im doing.. i may be way off but im just trying to understand this power commander ..
