I set my low RPM value to 1600 and my high value to 2624, and it really helped cut out the decelleration popping on my bike.

If your pops are 1600 and below fattening the low speed is really the only option I can see. At this point you need to read that part of the manual to get a feel for the short cuts. Open the software with your map and hit F2 for the short cut keys. While in there , practice the cut and paste part. All this really speeds things up once you know how to use it.
Open your afr vrs tps , and practice editing one map, say around 1536 to the values you want. If you screw up close the map, and it will ask you if you want to save changes. Don't Save. Re-open the map and edit again if needed.
If you have what you want with the edit hit the Shift,Ctrl, and C key in that order. Open the next lower map and click on the map. Now hit Shift, Ctrl, and V and your previous map edit will appear in this map. Move on down each map and finish at 512 rpm. Close the program and DON'T SAVE. Do it again until you are comfy with it. Now the real deal.
Hooked up to the bike and software open, turn key and run switch on. Top of software page click on map editing and then (read module maps and settings). Go to the afr pages and do the edits you practiced from 1536-512. Do NOT write map and settings back to module. When you are done, click on the link button at the top and it should turn red. Turn key off on bike and you are done. This is a live edit and no initalize is required. When you close the software it will ask if you want to save it. Click yes and a modified map will appear in the file menu of the program. If you click no, you can always read the map again at a later date and save it then if it was successful.
Sounds complicated at first, but give yourself some time and it will start to make sense.
