Spark problems
Really hope for some help. Spent $700 at a shop. still does'nt run right.
1985 flhtc. I have the spark plugs in the wires sitting on the jugs. I push the start button and get no spark. I then turn the start/stop switch to off and the plugs fire one time. Turn on the start/stop switch on and push the start switch and no spark from the plugs. Untill i turn off the start/stop switch, then one spark again. this will continue to happen for some time but sooner or later (much later) the plugs will start to spark.
I've changed the coil.
Thinking the ingnition mod?
