High idle issue again!!!!

High idle issue again!!!!
Ive been over and over the forums used the search, But I cant find anyone with my issue.
I do the on/off thing 4 times to reset the idle. GREAT! works!
But now after 3 or 4 rides or when ever the bike feels like it. It goes back to high idle.
I'm NOT rolling the throttle forward EVER! and I come to a stop and wait for the bike to idle down to normal before shutting it down.
So WHY? does this bike have a mind of it's own and idle up every once in a while?
Oh yea, It's an 08 Street Glide
