Cruise Control

Buddy of mine has a 2002 Ultra. Cruise does not work. No light in the speedo. when switch turned on but test light will show current at the servo when set button is pushed. Anyone have any ideas what the problem could be?

I had an 02 and cruise quit, I don't remember if cruise light was on or off. Ended up being rear brake switch was bad leaving brake lights on all the time.
