So I found a deal I couldn't pass up on a Black Friday sale at the local stealer. I picked up a PC3 for $80 NIB. Although my bike has been down since November, I'm soon to be in reassembly process and was wondering where the best place to go to get info on the PC3 is. I've tried searching their site, maybe not deep enough??, and haven't seemed to find a lot of help. I'm wanting to do a tune that will work to get me down the road until I go on vacation in June to see a buddy of mine and have him tune it on the dyno for me. any tips on where to go or what the PC3 is actually capable of. Is it capable of giving a mixture curve like the dyno gives? I'm all about learning and just need a bump on where to start on computer tuning.
Didn't you get all the software when you purchased your PC III ? All the maps are on the CD. If not PM me, i'll burn my PC CD, and mail you a copy.
It seems as though Dynojet was bullied into stopping production of the completely tunable PC III stemming from EPA pressure? If I remember right there was a short lived PC IV version that did not allow any map alterations for low speed rpm's.
Now I see a latest and not so greatest PC V that basically is not adjustable at all from 0-3000 rpm's. What a ripoff, the midrange is where performance mapping helps out the most, as this is where the factories tend to keep engines running lean..
I'm glad I snatched up a PC III while they were still available !

Please explain...It sure looks like my PC-V is adjustable at all RPM ranges.
