On my way home from work my speedo and mini tach wasn't working. Everyting else was working ok. Just the tach & speedo was out. When I got home I checked all the fuses and theywhere all ok. So I then removed the main fuse looked at it all was good,so I pluged it back in and I heard the computer I think reset it self. Now the tach and speedo work just fine. Why did it do this? I have around 12500 miles on it now,I don't get it? Has anyone ever heard of this? Thanks for any help.......

When you say main fuse, do you mean the very large maxi fuse? If so, that would not have caused the issue as the whole bike would have been dead. Every time you plug in the maxi fuse, system power is restored - that's what you heard. I believe that your speedo and tach are on the accessory fuse. Was that a fuse you removed? If so, you may have simply had a dirty connection or something else going on there. I w ould recheck that connection and the integrity of the wires going into the block.
