Speedo & Tach problem?

Speedo & Tach problem?
Just noticed today that my speedo & tach needles flicker downward and make a fluttering noise for a split second only when turning on the ignition. Anyone else have this problem, assuming it is a problem?

What do you mean by "flicker"? The back lights or the guage readings?
My 05 Ultra has a problem where both those guages stop (go to zero) - stealer found a wiring problem (I could simulate it by turning the stearing all the way against the left stop (and hold it there)). Any case, stealer replacing the main harness - just hoping I don't end up with other new problems.
