Yes, it's that simple. Open up your map, make your changes, then send it to the PCIII. It also helps to save the map (to look at later) and fill in the notes at the bottom of the page. That way you'll remember what you changed from the stock map. I print out the maps occasionally and study them. I have the Big Sucker II which flows more than the SE A/C. I'm just not sure if my motor can use any of that extra suction power... A dyno tune will tell the story some day, but I'm not done modding yet. Maybe a new cam this winter.

Before you start adding fuel to the stock map I would ride the bike and make sure that you have it warmed up. The power commander doesn't adjust the map until the bike is warmed up. I found that I had the popping on decel after I put the K&N filter on the bike. I adjusted it and found that I needed a lot less than 20 or 25%. I pulled a custom map from the power commander site for my mods and cut the numbers in half and added them to the 0 fuel position. I have some popping on decel for about the first 10-15 miles of a ride, then after the bike is warmed up it is fine.
