Did the Power Vision drop the Throttle Blade Control (Alternate) and Throttle Table Transition Gear settings? I do not see them in my map but help text still references them (arrow in screenshot below):
Does the Throttle Blade Control now manage all the gears instead of being split like before?

Depends on the bike model & software strategy level of the tune. Models with torque based throttle control do not use a Gear Transition table
Due to living in the wonderful state of California, I'm not able to order a PV through Fuel Moto so unfortunately I'm having to source elsewhere. This means I'm not able to take advantage of the tunes that FM provides it's customer. I have looked through DynoJet's website however they do not list the PV3 being compatible with the 21 FXLRS therefore do not provide tunes for them.
Is there somewhere I can download a basic tune for a TBR 2 in 1 with a K&N filter? In the past I was able to order through FM and loved their support but the peoples republic of California have once again put restrictions on things.

Thanks Jamie!! PV and tune came from you. 2020 FLHTK w/ 114 twin cooled. Not exactly sure how to check strategy version yet (rookie trying to learn) but 921 is in the description:
So I'm assuming I only have one Blade Control Table. My stock blade control was 1to1:
The new map from Fuel Moto was not 1to1:
Is the only reason for this change to make the throttle less "twitchy"? If so there would be no harm in trying the stock throttle blade control settings on this new tune correct? Thanks again!!

The settings in your tune are correct. The Throttle Blade table is not going to be 1:1 in our tunes as torque based throttle is disabled and there are other corrections in the background. The OEM tune you are comparing has torque based throttle active (along with an assortment of other tables related to throttle limiting), while the throttle blade table shows 1:1 in the OEM tune its far from that as the ECM uses the torque model and other inputs to limit throttle and engine torque. Our tunes disable these limitations. If you log or monitor TPS vs Twist grip you will see our tunes are very proportional and linear in this regard.

Thanks for the great info Jamie!! I had no doubt your tune was correct as my bike runs perfect! (Thanks btw!!) I'm just new to EFI tuning (tuned a lot of dirt/sportbike carbs), and interested in learning more. I've read most of the articles on your site but looking for more information past loading maps, firmware updates, etc. Not sure where to dive in. Thanks for your suggestion about logging. I'll start exploring there.
If anyone has any good learning resources, please post! Specifically looking for more in depth information for the main Power Vision settings and how they relate. Thanks!!
Missing tables in my tune. I have no CDE tables and no IVO/IVC.
Yes I updated tune.
Lot of tables missing on the 21 and 22 tunes including these. If you are using the new Win/PV version 3.0.5.38 which is for the 21 up it will open the pre 21 tunes but not all the tables will show up. You have to reinstall the pre 21 Win/PV to be able to see the tables that were there. The 21 up will open and make changes and save and load the pre 21 stuff, just can't see everything you are used to seeing.
The exposed tables in WinPv have recently changed based on software permissions & user level as the transition moves over to Dynojet Power Core software. The latest version of Power Core C3 has most of the software levels incorporated with more tables than ever before, this is going to be the Power Vision tuning platform going forward
