recalibration?

Hi I have a 2010 dyna my old setup was a stage one, screaming eagle mufflers an a tts tune. My new set up is the screaming eagle heavy breather and rush 2.25 slipons. Should i get the bike retuned or just run it?

to get optimal performance from your ride for both the breather addition and the pipe addition, you certainly should. Normally you can change one or the other without having to tune, but when you do both, time for a tune.

From: Back in the Good Ole USA. South Carolina to be exact.

You'll want a tune to get the best results.

I have a 2011 Super Glide,I installe Vance and Hines 2 into 1 header,and SE air filter.The shop told me iwould have to have it tuned which was fine. Now they say I have to buy a race Pack ($500.) or they can't tune it. Has Anyone else experienced this. Thanks,gene.

Maybe,with the bike at normal operating temp run it up to 5500 rpm in 2nd or 3rd gear and back off the throttle and let it wind down to 2000. If it backfires like crazy then it is running too lean.
