i recently sent off my ecm for a flash from a well known supplier when i went to fire my 2010 flhk thurs after all the mods 103 kit woods cams hillside heads vance hines pro pipe bike would not fire noticed fuel pump was not workin before i tore in to to deep i called the supplier that flashed my e.c.m and he imediately said my fault the box didnt take the flash my question is would this not let fuel pump work sorry so winded will have ecm back tues hopefuuly everything works out.
As long as there is a MAP on the ECM the fuel pump should at least run. Hopoefully they didn't fry something. When you get it back make sure all the pins in the conector are straight and will make contact when plugged in. (good time to put a little dielectric grease in there as well). Revolution is a great company to do business with, i've never dealt with them on tuners, but we've used them for jugs, pistons, etc. with no complaints. I'm sure they will take care of you. You'd think that they would have a way to verify that the ECM took their upgrade though.
On a side note, I can appreciate you keeping them annonomous in your first post, that's cool. At least giving them a chance to make it right before any bad posts. kudos.
ps on a side note my bike does not have security sytem Andrew told me yesterday they would triple check it this time to verify it accepted not bashing anyone was just asking if that would not let fuel pump work and yes this was the stock ecm the bike came with.
